Inbound Routing Control
Call routing provides control over incoming calls, allowing you to direct them to your preferred destination(s) either within the PBX or externally. Additionally, you can route calls to various destinations such as voicemail, mobile devices, telephone extensions, Call Queues, Call Groups, and IVRs.
You can manage your call routing using the Manage Inbound Numbers page (Services → Inbound Numbers → Manage Inbound Numbers).
You can route your call to voicemail, your mobile, telephone extensions or you can send it to your Call Queue, Call Group or IVR.
