Email addressess
Location: Account → Your Account → Email Addresses
Notification emails from Voipfone fall into four categories: account, invoice, billing and technical.
You can specify different delivery email addresses for each notification type, an explanation of each type can be found below:

| Account | Sign-up, password reminder, account status emails, etc. |
| Invoice | Invoices and credit notes |
| Billing | Billing issues, expired credit cards, etc. |
| Technical | Service status, maintenance notifications, broadband and porting progress |
The final option is Alias, this lets you specify an alternative email address you can get in touch with us on - our customer service team can use this to confirm they are dealing with the legitimate account holder.
To update your email addresses, use the Edit button next to each category.
