To use the Voipfone PA service you need to create a script for the receptionist to use when answering your calls. Go to the Manage Scripts page (Services → Virtual PA → Manage Scripts) to access the Voipfone PA section of the control panel and click on Create Your First Script to begin the script wizard.
The first step in the Virtual PA script wizard is below, enter the information your receptionist will need to know about your business and hit Next.
The Company Overview field gives the receptionists a quick overview of what your business does, so that they may better interact with your callers.
When you have a script set up, you will be able to route calls to a Voipfone PA by setting up a PBX divert, inbound number or your IVR
