I Can Not Call Landlines or Mobiles
In order to call a normal telephone line you must have credit on your account once your 5 free minutes have been used up. To check that you have credit on your account call 155 or look in your Control Panel.
If you have taken an 'Inclusive Minute' package from us you may be calling an international destination or mobile phone that is not included in your package. (You may hear a message telling you your remaining credit). To make the call you will need to add some credit to your Top Up Account.
If everything had been working properly before, and you have sufficient credit and still can't connect to landlines please email us and we will check our configurations.
I Can't Call Some Numbers
You may hear this message if you have no credit on your account or if you only have inclusive minutes but are trying to call a country or mobile not included in the package.
If you have an 'Inclusive Minutes' account you can only call those countries included in the package; this will exclude most (but not all) mobile calls. Go to the Call Minutes Packages page to see which countries are included.
To call countries or mobiles outside your package, you need to add an Account Top Up to your account.
