This broadband only connection has no landline number. If your previous service had a linked telephone number this will stop when your new Voipfone broadband service starts.

We will endeavour to install business broadband on the requested date, however due to unforseen circumstances a specific requested date may not be available.

For FTTP, Fibre To The Premises, this is often the first time full fibre has been brought to the premises, with a few differences from previous copper-based services:

Install two new boxes: Openreach often fit one box outside, and another one inside. The internal fibre termination box will need to be near an electrical socket, (as it is powered) and close to the router.
Openreach normally need to drill through the wall from the outside, to bring the fibre in to the property. The inside is usually covered with a small plastic housing.
Openreach may need outdoor access for any additional work, and may require gates to be unlocked, opened, etc.
If the engineer needs to use a ladder outside, they will use a safety system to secure the ladder to your building. This involves drilling some small holes to secure rings for bracing the ladder to the building.
Someone over the age of 18 needs to be present for the installation.
If you aren't the property owner, please get the go-ahead from the landlord, for Openreach to drill.
If you move out, please leave the Openreach fibre termination box (ONT) and power supply there.
